两会是对自1959年以来历年召开的中华人民共和国全国人民代表大会和中国人民政治协商会议的统称。由于两场会议会期基本重合，而且对于国家运作的重要程度都非常的高。

第十一届全国人民代表大会第三次会议和政协第十一届全国委员会第三次会议，于2010年3月5日和3月3日在北京开幕。在过去的一年多时间里，中国经济经受了世界金融危机的严峻考验，率先迎来了经济复苏的春天。

而结构调整、消费不振、楼市泡沫、通涨压力等困难依然有待解决。如何加快发展方式转变，成为中国发展的主题。因此，这次两会立足于总结经验教训，确立新的起点，直面严峻挑战，精心谋划未来，因而具有不同寻常的重大意义。
 


The two sessions are the collective name for the National Peoples Congress of the Peoples Republic of China and the Chinese Peoples Political Consultative Conference that have been held over the years since 1959. Because the two conferences basically coincide in duration, and they are very important to the operation of the country.

The third meeting of the Eleventh National Peoples Congress and the third meeting of the Eleventh National Committee of the CPPCC opened in Beijing on March 5 and March 3, 2010. In the past year or so, Chinas economy has withstood the severe test of the world financial crisis and has taken the lead in ushering in the spring of economic recovery.
